My interest have came in this field when I was 10 years old, one day in Doordarshan Television program I saw Great Artist M.F. Hussain’s interview and he was doing Paintings Horse,Kali, human figure etc. This inspired me very much. After that suddenly I discovered myself that I can also draw Kali, human figures, Ramayan scene, birds, flowers, fruits, human faces, trees, Cow etc with pencil on paper, my class mate were always encouraging me.
After saw my interest to doing Paintings when I was studying 7 standard then my father & maternal uncle admit me in a art school called THE FINE ART ACADEMY SILCHAR ,here I leaned pencil shading, watercolor techniques and achieved highest marks and junior diploma certificate, after H.S. I went Santiniketan, Visvabharati University, Kalabhavana, for doing B.F.A. & M.F.A.(Painting) after completing my post graduation due to my family problem I come back to Assam in my home town and doing Art teaching job in N.F. Railway School. I always want to do remarkable things for my country in field of Art and culture, so I participating various Online National & International art Exhibitions.
I am a Professional Artist of Assam INDIA. After a long time of Struggling now I see this Form ” ART PALETTES BY TANU” is the right place which is doing a great work to provide Platform and bring the hidden talents in focus or infront of the spot light.
