GARGI DAS

My passion for painting started in the early years with budding interest in water colours. A creative bent of over active mind, I always found my inspiration from my surrounding. I took my early learning experience from my Uncle who used to communicate with me visually with crayon and pencil sketches. I have a set of wonderful friends who were professionally growing themselves as painters with whom I could keep alive some of my passion. Best experience those early adult days was to be seated in Book Fair grounds of Kolkata and paint live for admirers around. I restarted my journey with easel, paint and brush once again two years back when suddenly life was looking empty. I find myself in meditative mood while painting with immense gratitude to the Universe for finding me my colours.
